Biography:

Mr. Clayton has more than thirty years of experience in business, commercial and insurance litigation. Mr. Clayton also has significant experience in patent and copyright litigation. In 2009 he completed the Harvard Negotiation Institute’s mediation course and now serves as a mediator/arbitrator in addition to his litigation practice.

At the University of Mississippi Mr. Clayton served on the Mississippi Law Journal and as Chairman of the Honor Council.

Mr. Clayton has served as a Special Justice on the MS Supreme Court and as a member of the Complaints Tribunal. He also speaks at trial practice seminars and has served on the MS Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
