Biography:
Claude Clayton has more than thirty years of experience in business, commercial and insurance litigation. Mr. Clayton also has significant experience in patent and copyright litigation. He is currently involved significant copyright litigation in Mississippi and North Carolina.

Mr. Clayton has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates and International Association of Defense Counsel.

At the University of Mississippi Mr. Clayton served on the Mississippi Law Journal and as Chairman of the Honor Council.
