David D. O’Donnell Practice Areas: Born: College: Law School: Membership: Admissions: Biography: Mr. O’Donnell has published several articles and authored Mississippi Automobile Insurance Law and Practice, a legal practice text used by attorneys and insurance professionals. An Adjunct Professor of pretrial and trial practice at the University of Mississippi School of Law, Mr. O’Donnell also speaks regularly at legal certification seminars. Mr. O’Donnell is counsel to the Lafayette County Board of Supervisors. Mr. O’Donnell obtained his undergraduate degree from the American University (School of International Service) in 1980 and received his juris doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1985. He served as the research and article editor for the University of Mississippi Law review. He was a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Neal B. Biggers of the Northern District of Mississippi from 1985-1987. Mr. O’Donnell is admitted to practice in all Mississippi and Florida courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
