Biography:
Kris White is a a partner in Clayton O'Donnell's Tupelo office, where his practice focuses on various types of litigation, to include business and commercial, personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice. Kris has also developed an emerging real estate practice, as well.

Kris is a native of North Mississippi. Following law school, he returned home to the Tupelo area where he began his litigation practice. However, when our country went to war in 2003, Kris accepted a commission as an officer in the United States Air Force, where he served as a prosecutor in the Judge Advocate General's Corp until 2006. While on active duty, Kris won numerous awards and accolades, to include the outstanding trial advocacy award. After separating from active duty, Kris maintained his affiliation with the Air Force by joining the Mississippi Air National Guard. Since separating from active duty, Kris has maintained his affiliation with the Air Force by joining the Mississippi Air National Guard where he has served as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the 172d Airlift Wing in Jackson, Mississippi, and is currently serving as the Staff Judge Advocate for the 186th Air Refueling Wing in Meridian, Mississippi. He currently holds the rank of major.

Kris was recently selected by the Mississippi Business Journal as one of Mississippi’s “Top 40 Under 40” for 2010.

Kris is married to the former Karen Willard of Pontotoc, and they have two daughters, Ivy Cate and Riley.
