Biography:
Stephen Flynn is a partner in Clayton O'Donnell's Tupelo office, where his practice focuses on various types of insurance law, business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy, collection matters and product liability.

Mr. Flynn was born and raised in Aberdeen, Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 1995 with a Bachelors degree in Finance. Mr. Flynn was then accepted to the University of Alabama Graduate School where he received a Masters Degree in Finance. In 1997, he became associated with the Compass Bank Fixed Income Trading Department in Birmingham, Alabama as a mortgage back and government security bond trader. Mr. Flynn worked at Compass until his entry into the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2000. Upon graduation, Mr. Flynn moved to Tupelo where he began his legal career.

Mr. Flynn is married to the former Christy Leeper of Pontotoc, and they have three children, Charlie, Molly and Gray.
