Biography:
S. Ray Hill III, a partner in Clayton O'Donnell, PLLC’ Oxford office, focuses on employment law, civil rights, insurance and commercial litigation. He has extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts. Mr. Hill also has a lengthy list of scholarly honors. He was a Dean Rusk Scholar at Davidson College in North Carolina.

At Davidson, Mr. Hill majored in political science and received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned his juris doctor at the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2000. He received the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law and the Outstanding Student Award for Constitutional Law. Mr. Hill served on the Moot Court Board and was a finalist in the Annual Moot Court Oral Advocacy Competition. At the Mississippi Law Journal, Mr. Hill was the Associate Notes & Comments Editor.

Mr. Hill is admitted to the bars of Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
