He is experienced in corporate transactional matters from creation and maintenance of corporations and limited liability companies, to asset and stock purchases, leases, contracts and labor and employment matters. Bill also represents clients in litigation concerning commercial disputes, business torts, labor and employment litigation, insurance defense, wrongful death defense, and banking and collection actions. In addition to his private clients, Bill has represented various governmental entities, including cities, counties and school districts in civil rights and constitutional law litigation and in transactional matters. Recognizing the importance of community involvement, Bill has been very active in a wide variety of community and volunteer activities. He is a member and past president of the Corinth Rotary Club, serves as a board member of the Benjamin and Corinne Pierce Foundation and serves as an advisory board member of both the C.A.R.E. community foundation and the Yocona Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. As an Eagle Scout, it is his pleasure to now serve as a Cub Scout den leader for Cub Scout Pack 123. Bill is a past officer and board member of the United Way of Corinth and Alcorn County, Main Street Corinth and the Corinth Historic Preservation Commission. Bill and his wife Lori have four children, and are founding members of Trinity Presbyterian Church (PCA).
